Holkan Design And Illustration, LLC does not bill by the hour, we prefer to bill based upon a submitted job estimate. Each job is unique, and will be billed according to the length of time and cost associated with completing it.

How Do I Hire You?
The process is pretty simple. First of all, you drop me a line and tell me what you want me to do. I’ll get back in touch with you so we can work out the details. Once I understand the project, I will write up a proposal for you. Sign off on the proposal, pay 50% of the quoted price up front, and I begin work.
